Hi, I’m Rasa Is

My fitness journey has completely changed my life, and through sharing my home training routines, I’m changing the lives of countless people. I am a certified fitness, nutrition, and STOTT Pilates trainer, as well as an outdoor sports lover. At a very young age, I was diagnosed with a herniated disc that paused my entire life for four years. I needed to learn to move slowly and correctly. That's when I first fell in love with short but effective Pilates routines. Through consistent exercise, I managed to put my disc back and heal my back, which allowed me to start moving in all possible ways. Through this journey, I learned that you don’t need to spend hours and hours in the gym and count calories to see RESULTS. It's all about daily movement, combining high and low-intensity workouts, staying consistent, and finding sports that you love to do.
